Physical Standards for Agniveer 2024
Physical fitness is an important aspect to join the Indian Army as an Agniveer. The physical requirements for the post of Agniveer are as follows:
- 1.6 km run:
- Group 1: Up to 5 minutes 30 seconds, Marks: 60
- Group 2: 5 min 31 sec to 5 min 45 sec, Marks: 48
- Beam (Pull-ups):
- Group 1: 10 pull-ups, points: 40
- Group 2: 9 pull-ups, points: 33
- 8 Pull-ups, Marks: 27
- 7 Pull-ups, Marks: 21
- 6 Pull-ups, Marks: 16
- 9 feet gap: Qualification required for all groups.
- Zig-Zag Balance: Essential Skills for All Groups.
Agniveer (GD) Physical Requirements:
- Height: 170 cm
- Chest: 77 cm + 5 cm expansion
